The holidays at CAPA would not be complete without the Nutcracker!
This year BalletMet’s The Nutcracker is back for 20 performances, as well as 2 performances of My First Nutcracker. Additionally, NACBT The Nutcracker returns for 6 performances at the McCoy and The Ebony Nutcracker returns for 4 performances at the Lincoln! We have over 1,100 volunteer opportunities just between these 4 Nutcracker shows.
We know December is a busy month for CAPA and for you! To add some extra holiday spirit, we have developed a new incentive for our Nutcracker volunteers!
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
There will be bingo cards available at the Ohio Theatre, the McCoy Center, and the Lincoln Theatre for you if you’d like to participate to win one of the following prizes:
- MJ The Musical Poster
- CAPA Tote Bag
- CAPA T-Shirt
- Ohio Theatre Ornament
- Frozen Water Bottle
- Set of 3 CAPA Southern Theatre Postcards
- Broadway CD
In order to win bingo, you must EITHER:
- Have stickers on FIVE squares in a row horizontally, vertically, or diagonally.
OR
- Have stickers on FOUR squares AND a marked “FREE” space in a row horizontally, vertically, or diagonally.
In order to get a sticker for your shift, you must bring your physical bingo card with you to your Nutcracker shift for a House Manager to verify.
You may mark any ONE space on your card as your “FREE” space that will be counted toward your FIVE total marked squares.
To redeem your card for a prize while supplies last, your physical card must be turned in to the Volunteer Office by Friday January 9th, 2026.
Please mark your first and second choice of prize with a “1” or “2”as shown below.
Once we have received and processed your completed card, you will receive a confirmation email from our office with details of how and when to pick up your prize. We will try our best to give you your first choice prize but do keep in mind that prizes are first come, first serve and our supply of each item is limited.
